I missed the Shannon Rose and the Thorns CD launch at the Blacksheep back in January because I was busy tracking Party Knives (quite the trade off in sound for sure) so I was determined to get my ass up to Wakefield for their latest video launch. I dropped my son off at his mom's and not five minutes later the tensioner on my car blew up. First off - wtf is a tensioner?
Our rescue (dear old Dad, easily a contender for the shittiest driver in these parts) got himself so lost that it would have saved time had we walked home.
Determined, we borrowed a car and made it to the show just in time.
